Further to the previous review, I honestly say we did not experience the negative opinion expressed by the previous reviewer. Tom came out to look at providing ideas for remodelling the house and extending, We sat down and went through our ideas, Tom suggested alternative and practical advice to meet our needs. He sent his fees within a couple of days and we accepted as which we felt they were very competitive as we had structural work done on our previous property. The drawings & calculations were sent within a fortnight. The work was underway the following month, Tom was always on the end of the phone to deal with any queries form our builder. We are over the moon with the result. We are considering a loft conversion in the future, we will be definitely getting Tom back help us out. Excellent service.
